    Guess what!?  I haven't had a single bout of heartburn/acid reflux since being sleeved and changing my lifestyle diet to plant based.  AMAZING!  I believe it has to be the diet more than just being sleeved, since I've read that so many are having issues with it after being sleeved.  Makes you wonder...huh?  ;)

      I do absolutely agree with how much and what you're eating too. My diet is relatively low on fat, so I know it's one of the main reasons. Anything high in fats pre-op got me good. But anyway, I cannot fathom for one minute why wls and not get your stuff in order...I just don't get it.

      oh and I don't overeat either...I have one or two bites too much and it just hurts...why bother anyway?

      A lot of people have serious untreated food addictions. It is really sad that these issues aren't addressed properly, although it is very hard to treat anyway.
