I think muchies wise, planning out beforehand such as getting a little bowl of veges/fruit would probably solve that senario for us all. Just eat slowly lol. I wish you the best of luck ♡♡♡

I am day 5 post op today and I began smoking on the ride home from the hospital. Couple hits here and there. A blood vessel in my stomach ruptured during the stapling part of the surgery. Well if your stomach pools with blood you become violently ill. Your body's reactions to rid this is to vomit. I awoke vomiting and it was the worst. I was only released last night. Those couple of hits were like hazy pepto bismo fast acting. Better than the 6 anti nausea meds they pumped in me every 2 hrs. I was unable to even finish a 16oz bottle of Water in the hospital and today my first complete day home I drank 72oz Water and made my 63gm Protein goal. And I was still feeling half dead yesterday afternoon. Marijuana is a medical herb. Oh and I'm not on any other pain meds or Tylenol.

Gaaahhhhhh! Someone just pinch me! This is tooooo toooooo good to be true! Oh wait... I did this! Yes, I did this! You know why? Because I wanted better health, I want to be there for my children in the long run. I want to be able to do things that I've never got to do in my life due to me being obese. As simple as a ride on an amusement park... can't wait for summer now lol but anyways... keep your head up! Follow the guidelines. Dedicate time to YOU! I am down 137.5LBS. I use my TOOL the CORRECT way. I knew what I was signing myself up for. I'm not going to say I haven't had slip ups, because I have! It's just when you see that it is not good for you, no matter if it was that piece of cake you always loved, (trust me you don't want to dump), or that pint of ice cream your used to eating, don't keep doing it to yourself! Wake up and smell the coffee!
