I've had so many surgeries in my life but this one has me so nervous, I think it's because it's such a life changing decision... I'm sorta freaking out about the two week protein shake diet prior to surgery, the puree phase... I really want to do everything right as to not go through a ugly stage.. I've had several friends who have had the sleeve done and they all look great... i know it's all goingto be a process of changing my eating habits.. Trying hard to stay positive...Monday December 1st I start the protein shakes and December 21st is surgery date...
