    This is highly typical of some surgeons. They tell you one-size-fits all weight loss and then let their patients twist when they don't experience that. To top that off, you have the ones that sell their own vitamins. "What you didn't lose 50 pounds in two weeks? That's not right, here buy some of my specially formulated garbage and it will help".

    Oh my goodness, that is one thing I have not had to deal with yet, but I do remember on past weight loss attempts how my undies would slip down inside pants. As annoying as that felt, I can't imagine having to do a clenched thigh shuffle. I guess it's something to look "forward" to.

    Actually that is exactly what they are. They used moistened seeds of chia (Salvia hispanica). Funny fact. Who would have thought you were feeding terra cotta figurines such healthy material.
