    Weak...no energy [emoji30]

I felt bottomed out and very weak at times. I went back to my nut and my vitamin combination wasn't enough.

    Haters will always hate

I can see your point of view on this. I expect curiosity from others. However I did not expect the comment to not loose anymore weight at the current weight that I am. I'm sure some people will become jealous as well.I see your point also and curiosity is normal, no problem! However, I have had to stop being around people, one or two of which I believed to be friends of mine for comments like "you lost so much weight, you bitch!" Or "wow you look great, I hate you so much!". I realize these things were said in jest but I'm on a new path in my life and negativity will not be part of it. Just sayin..

    Bile?

Also I too only drink clear noncarbonated or sugered fluids, mainly Water. And my program is bland, so I'm not sure where the burning acid coming from. I asked my surgeon and he said to take antacids but I kind of would like to know why it happens as I sleep with a cpap machine and it makes the acid come up through my nose. Bile?

My experience may not be the same but I have the same waking up choking on Fluid that burns terribly. I have been taking an antacid once daily for a week or so and it hasn't happened since. I will follow this post. Its definitely a nasty way to wake up! Also I never had acid coming up before my surgery. If anyone knows if there is a connection maybe to our new small pouch? 5 Days post op

In my first 2 to 3 weeks post op, I had same issue with Water. Instead I chewed and scrunched on small ice chips all day and that is what worked for me. good luck with your journey! Sent from my SCH-S968C using the BariatricPal App Crunched* not scrunched lol Sent from my SCH-S968C using the BariatricPal App
  9. Wow! I had to do 4wks Fluid and pureed the month after that. I'm 3 mths out and still can't eat meat of any kind. Bread, can't drink milk (which I use for shakes). To be honest I couldn't care less, I'm loosing weight. Lol Sent from my SCH-S968C using the BariatricPal App
  10. I'm at about three months post op. I can not tolerate meat in any way. 1 scrambled egg however is mybestest friend! Infact I eat eggs daily. Sent from my SCH-S968C using the BariatricPal App
  11. I'm post op 3 months. Drinking Water is still difficult but I chew lots of ice to stay hydrated. I know doing such a drastic diet change is hard. But if you truly want to succeed, you but stay focused on your plan. The one time I tried to eat baked chicken and realized I can no longer tolerate meat. But I'm on a course to say my life! My mentality is this, in order to achieve what you want through this process, you have to do something you have never done before. Its easier for me when I stick to a single goal and never stray from it, sort of like a horse with those blinder things. That works for me because I have an all or nothing type of personality. I also trained myself to belief and accept that there is no single food on this planet that means more to me than being able to be healthy and keep up with my kids... stay strong! You hold the power of your decisions! God bless! Sent from my SCH-S968C using the BariatricPal App
  12. me before surgery. 256 pounds. me at 200, last month. me feeling awesome! I was able to stand up that day for almost an hour straight. Which before after about 10 minutes I had to sit down or my back would spasm and my knees but shift out of the socket. P.s. I'm 5 ft tall, was 256 and carried 80% of my weight in my abdomen, lol so there you go. You all inspire me on the daily! Sent from my SCH-S968C using the BariatricPal App
