    Met with my surgeon today for a "meet & greet." Essentially the first and only time I'll see him before surgery day. He was super forward about my obesity problem. His words? "If there was a famine, you would absolutely survive the longest." HA! there's one i have never heard before!

      I laughed it off - I don't let that stuff get under my skin too much. His bedside manner might need work, but all that really matters to me is that he's good at his job! :)

      hehe sounds like he has a sense of humor. I was told something weird too. I was told that by American standards I was just a little overweight but by Asian standards I'm huge. Something strange like that. lolol omgosh.
