    Hate feeling sick but I need some OTC. Got my sleeve on 9/27 lost 50lbs so far and feeling great. Got sick 2 days ago but I'm freaking out as to what over the counter medication I could take.     I'm on my third week and feeling good. I've been reaching my Water intake goal but was wondering other than adding crystal light what other beverages can I have.     I had my surgery on 9/27 as well. Congrats! I asked my surgeon the same question. I was told I can work out (cardio, swim, walk) but no strength training and not to lift more than 15 lbs. hopefully I can after my next visit Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    I had surgery 9/27 and I know it's probably normal but when I drink my liquids my chest (around sternum) hurts. I'm able to drink and keep it down but it hurts a bit. Wondering if it's normal or not. Sorry just freaking out a bit Thank you! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
