they have my surgery scheduled now for the 11th 1 rockin mom! I was suppose to be banded the 12th but they moved it up one day! the first day of liquids was so bad i was so sick but now its day 7 and its down pat! -
i could not do the shakes so i use the proslam 45 protein bullets. taste like a melted popsicle. so much easier for me to take! they are almost 4 dollars a tube but they have 45 grams of protein in them and you only have to drink them once a day and get the rest of the protein from other sources. so far in day 7 of my liquid diet i have dropped 16 pounds!

they have moved my surgery the 11th! also its gonna be outpatient! thanks for the encourgaement!

i just tell myself about the bikini i might get or the victorias secret i want! Just focus and also alot of pizza and tv dinners for the family! i also took out any food i would eat! -
G'day just wanted to say hi, i get my band on the 11th. I'm excited and nervous all at once. Have u got ur pj's ready to pack lol. i say this cause i had to go out and buy a new pair to take to hospital and finding a nice pair in my size was not fun.... when i loose this weight i'm gonna have the cutest pair of pj's lol.

hi i have aetna and had to submit 5 years of medical history with your weight on it. i dont know how hold you are but it had to be 5 years past history. Aetna is one of the easiest to get approved for! Good luck! -

munger it will help with the cravings. i havent had soda in 3 days and im fine and i was a big coke addict! I love cheese and can have cottage cheese on this liquid diet.
