I'm a week and 5 days out from my post op and just started feeling a "pull" on my left side about 3 fingers under the top incision site...I think now added support maybe nice but never would have wanted to hod on to the gas following surgery.

Has anyone else tried the Syntrex brand medical protien powder. Zero flavor and cannot tell it has been added to anything so I can put protien in my broth or whatever I am eating. So great!
