You have any amazing husband so far mine has been very supportive I haven't had my surgery tho yet I hope he continue to do the same as he is now. I have never been hospitalized or bed ridden I have always taken care of the kids and the house so I'm curious to see how he steps up to the plate when needed to lol. I kinda hope them he sees my job is not always so easy also. LOL

I'm new to this site to I haven't had my surgery yet I completed all my classes and requirements tho just waiting for my final dr appointment then they schedule me to see the surgeon I can wait I started at 285 and I'm down to 265 I'm so excited to get my life back and am so inspired by the posts I read on here

Congrats did u have a lot of loose skin after loosing I haven't had my surgery yet but hopefully with in a month or so

I'm so lucky my husband is by my side % he supports me for the RNY even tho he thought I shld go a different route told me it's my choice in the end. I find out my surgery date soon and he is even taking a week off to be with me. I hope everything gets better for all u all it makes me realize how lucky I am even when my husband is grouchy and drives me crazy. Remember this is about you now and ur health I always put everyone before me and I realized if I wanted to put them first in the future I had to put me first so I could be around. Good luck to all!!!

Flavored Water also I make my own I soak whatever fruit I want in the Water over night ton infuse it and it's not bad I haven't had my surgery yet but following the rules ahead so I can get use to them and amazingly down 20lbs already

This is a very good video that shows what happens when you drink liquids after eating. Our new pouches let liquids push food through our stomachs. This can leave us feeling unsatisfied. It is very important to time food and liquids even after you reach goal weight. We are far smarter than our pouches so we will always need to wait after meals before drinking anything.
Simply timing our fluids can help us all maintain our weight loss.

That is the way to think don't let nothing or nobody stand in ur way I started my program four months ago I'm hoping to have my surgery in October and I'm 270 lbs and a single mom of three and I wanna be able to do more with them. I have fibromyalgia and the weight just in not helping I wanna be able to do more with my kids. I wanna feel like I have energy. So I'm right with you keep up the positive thinking and wish u all the best!!!
