    VSG & autoimmune diseases?

I was recently diagnosed with sjogrens and am about 20 lbs from goal weight but the extreme fatigue and joint pain has put a damper on any workouts that I may have concocted in my head[emoji36] and that is very frustrating! I was banded in 2013, removal in 2015 and VSG 10/20/16. Fatigue started in 2015 but I thought once the weight came off I would start to feel better but had no idea that I had sjogren until about 2 months ago. So I am still learning what the new me looks like.
  2. Surgery date 10/20/16 4'10 HW 199 SW 163 CW 139 GW 119 42 years I haven't lost anything in few months and a new diagnosis of sjorgens has kept me from pushing any workouts past walking (which I still do daily) put I am still determined to get the last 20 pounds off and keep them off. I am still learning my body with this new condition and at least this weight loss journey that I was already on prior to diagnosis is a benefit.
  3. Sleeved October 20 down 36 lbs since surgery and 55 from highest weight. I'm starting to slow up as well but will keep pressing towards my next goal Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Low energy days

I'm experiencing this today . I am only on my 4th day post op but have felt pretty good the last few until today, it hit like a ton of bricks no energy at all. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. I did to take as needed but I haven't had an issue with nausea. I would literally take a sip or two and think every thing was fine just to spit ever ounce make up a few minutes later. It just wouldn't stay down. Only popsicles, but at least something would. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. ***Update** I stuck with sf popsicles yesterday and this morning I was able to keep Water down!! Thanks all for the advice Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  10. I am 3 days post op and I have no issues with the gas or surgery pain. I still feel ok but I am having a hard time keeping anything down including Water. I was release from the hospital yesterday and passed my leak test so I am not understanding why I keep throwing up my liquids! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
