    I have found a great way to stop my evening snacking. Teeth whitening trays! Two birds, one stone.

      Thanks so much! I got mine from antibiotics as a child and having braces for over 2 years. Hopefully, the trays will whiten the teeth around the spots to help it match, lol. Thankfully, my dentist offered her patients free whitening for life. (Talk about good business, lol.) Also, congratulations on quitting smoking. Proud of you! :)

      My teeth have gotten worse over the years; white spots on the front. I'm not sure if whitening trays would help but, what kind do you use? Does it help the appearance?

    I'm finally in Onederland! Already at 196! I've lost 3 pounds in the past 3 days from being sick, but I'm not complaining. XD

    I'm teetering between 201 and 202. It's like my body knows it's so close to reaching Onederland. I've started working out recently, so maybe I'm gaining muscle? @_@

    Onederland!!!!!! I really never thought it would happen in my wildest dreams before surgery and now that I am here, I feel like I can lose all my excess weight if I want to.
