    Noodles

    My thoughts EXACTLY!
  2. This may not be the best answer but i eat it. If i want something sweet i eat it. I can eat so little i dont feel like it makes a difference. This is NOT something i do often im not really a sweet person. I personally feel like too much restriction (followed by binges) is what got me here in the first place. So my strategy is to try to eat like a normal person and enjoy things in moderation. 90-10 rule
  3. Hardest part for me has been learning how to eat all over. What works what doesnt. Exercise is fun for me i had no sense of loss or depression people talk about ive been happy since day 1 ????. This has been something ive wanted my whole life so its been a dream come true. I will say i thought the weight would fly off faster then it has been???? but still not one regret.
  4. If you have a sleeve, it's really hard to stretch it out. It's the natural progression of things to be able to eat more as time goes on. That's why it's never a good idea to count on restriction alone to help. Weigh and measure your portions, and eat healthy, non processed foods. Having shakes for a couple days will help make you feel like the restriction is there, but honestly, it just is what it is. It's not really going to "shrink". Just stick with the rules of WLS: Protein first, low complex carbs, low sugar, lots of Water and no calorie/very low calorie beverages and move more. There's really no magic trick to this. It's just all about going back to basics and sticking to it 95% of the time. Great advice! Thank you
  5. Update actually still lost a pound!? Ill take it! Back on it today. Thanks guys!
  6. Walk light cardio elliptical bike etc
  7. Thank you for your honesty. the 27 lbs I've lost include the 7 lbs I lost on pre op diet. I guess I was watching other people's weight loss on here and thought I'd be similar. I thought my stall was over yesterday when i stepped on the scale and I had finally FINALLY lost a pound and was 218.6 but then today, I'm at 220! I knew I would be heavier today because I felt bloated. I shouldn't even have stepped on the scale because it triggered an "episode". Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Almost surgery twins! (8/24)Girl you gotta stay off that scale! It will be the death of you. Shoot for weekly weigh ins. Our weight fluctuates waay too much for daily weigh ins.i have had similar weight loss currently on a stall too. ???? Get in more liquids. Follow the program be patient you wont fail ☺
  8. Im 6 weeks today. My week 5 i didn't follow my program AT ALL i ate ice cream and all kinds of crap[emoji20] [emoji20] im so mad at myself i blame pms! And that head hunger ????now im terrified to get on the scale! I am determined to turn it around this week. Should i restart clear liquids? Or pick up with the CORRECT Week 6 foods? Has anyone else had a bad week/day.
  9. I feel like im SUCKING at this. Water intake is super low protein is super duper low. Im working on getting better every day every time i read post on here just about every other post talks about protein! Lol what are some of the side effects of not getting enough?
