  1. I totally understand this. I felt the same way on the beginning. I was down 80lbs and no one said much and then at around 100lbs people started saying things all the time. And then funny enough this last 34 I’ve lost everyone myself included can see so much more of a difference than from when I lost the first 100lbs. Sometimes people aren’t sure why your losing and are hesitant to say anything. People will notice. If nothing else the way you carry yourself and increase in Confidence which naturally comes with weight loss. Congratulations on losing that amount of weight. [emoji173]️

  2. Ok my first meal is usually a scrambled egg and a sausage link. lunch is 2 ounces of tuna with lofat mayo and an ounce of low fat cheese. My dinner is some sort of Protein like salmon or lean ground beef. If my Protein isn't close I'll have a Protein shake with fat free fairlife milk or a 40 gram of protein Isopure. I drink 64 ounces of Water. I walk during the day. He didn't clear me for exercise until next week.

  3. I am sitting here literally in tears. I am 17 days post op and just went up 2 pounds. I haven't lost weight since the surgery. My surgeon cleared me to regular foods on day 9. I eat three meals a day and weigh them to make sure it's the right weight. Between 2 and 4 ounces. I drink only Water. I get my Protein in and don't eat carbs or fruit. I am so upset. I feel like I did this for nothing. I am so happy for everyone who loses so much their first few weeks but I am now at zero lost for the first 17 days. I get on the scale this morning and I'm up two pounds. I feel so defeated. If anyone has a story similar who went on to lose weight please share with me. I might add I'm 295lbs so I'm not starting low. Please help.

  4. Your are singing my song. I was sleeved on 11/01 and able to drink anything and as much as I wanted. My doctor cleared me to foods also on day nine. I learned that we are always supposed to measure and weigh our 4 ounces per meal and eat that. Sometimes you will feel fuller before finishing in which case of course stop eating. I feel the same way. I wonder if your Dr used a larger sized bougie and maybe you have a slightly larger sleeve. My Dr used a 40f which is on the larger size. No worries though all the science shows that we lose as much if not more than our smaller bougie counterparts. I also can eat half a large size Wendy's chili. I think that is because it's in a liquid base. Liquids will go right through our sleeve. It's more dense Protein that will sit against the pyloric valve and cause fullness. I'm hoping their are people like us who have been successful in their weight loss. If you hear of any keep me posted.
