Has anyone notices that after surgery they end up with allergies??? I feel that way! I'm 5 months out and I was wondering what do y'all take for allergy meds? I can't stop sneezing and my eyes look horrible! I know I should go to the doctor but if he is just going to give me over the counter meds I don't need to see him...

Ok so be honest has anyone been taking their birth control pills and got pregnant!? Iv been on them for a month now and was wondering bc I don't want any kids at this point in my life. I'm still working on myself. I am 5 1/2 months out too.

So I'm on my period and crave things that have salt and minerals in it. Like pretzels, crackers, tuna...I take all my Vitamins. So why am I feeling like this? Anyone else do the same?

What are some (if any) new obsessions you have after surgery? I know I have been obsessed with Starbucks almond milk lattes and kcup cappuccinos. If I don't have one of them I'll feel slow the whole day lol

He wants to see me a lot. I went and saw him on his lunch break the other day. He's a good guy I will give him a chance. I just get so jealous and it sucks. What do you do when you get jealous? I deff don't want to be w a guy who is having sex with other women eww that's just gross.
I also have had some dates go bad bc I was fat... not this guy tho he knows I'll be getting smaller n stuff he don't care.

Thanks y'all I guess I just live in a fantasy world. But no he wasn't paying attention to other girls on his phone while he was with me. And I guess I just feel like why talk to 100 guys when I'm very interested in him. And I feel like he should b proud to met me bc I'm such a good woman. Like I said fantasy world I live in. I am taking it day by day so hopefully in the long run it will be worth the time. I guess all I can do is be there for him and one day he will see lol

I had my surgery in August this year! And I'm not sure where to put this so I'm writing it here... I started talking to this guy and went on a date yesterday I really like him we have been talking for two weeks. Well yesterday I saw his phone and he messaged a girl on sat on the dating site. Then he was talking to a girl who texted him I think he found on fb which he adds a lot of single girls. My issue is I don't like it! How do I tell him and get him to delete them? Or delete the dating site? Should I Waite longer or get him to get rid of them now????

Ok so iv had these before I had my surgery though I ate four of them now I only can eat the two! They are called rice risk! Ok ok ik its for baby's but when you want crunch and not a lot of carbs or calories they do the job! Plus they have different flavors.
give them a try if your going crazy for a Crunch

I was very irregular. Until I lost 30 pounds now I get them every month. Bloating very noticeable with cloths lol

I took DayQuil and drank 50cal OJ mixed with Water. But if it gets worse go to doctor.

Ok so your alarm clock didn't go off at the right time or you hit snooze! What do you grab to eat throughout the day? Such as meals and or the food to eat between meals?

Don't worry iv done the same just try them in a week or so... If its turkey Breast only take a few bites bc it will make you fuller faster then ground turkey.

Ok today my body is all time low, bc of my period. I feel so weak and tired. I think it might be my Iron so what do y'all do to get Iron in? What kind of Vitamins? Do you only take iron when your on ur period or it everyday? My doctors don't push taking iron for most patients. And iv only had my period last month and this month. My surgery was on August 22

I ate carbsmart Breyer's ice cream for a few times then one night I ate chicken which after two bites it makes me full.( chicken is very hard for me) I didn't Waite long enough time for the chicken to be out of my stomach so I ate the ice cream. 15 min later I'm puking it all up have not craved it sense Yayyy loll

I didn't drink coffee for the first month and a half. Now I drink caffeine free at home but omg my new addiction is almond milk lattes! Not a lot of sugar and it's healthy! I make it at home sometimes but it's so much better from Starbucks hahaha

Lollll I was in the computer room and my family had the Windows open bc it's nice. But I had to go get my winter coat bc I was freezing haha and not to mention the cold cold toilet seats hahaha my poor bum
