Hi Ms Mississippi. I wanted to start off by saying you look great! You are such an inspiration. I am being banded on 9/2. I am excited as well as extremely nervous! Did you have any struggles after you were banded? What is your meal and exercise plan? Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. By the way my family also lives in Mississippi. They live in Scott County right outisde of Jackson. Keep up the the great work. Hope to hear from you soon.

stopping by to say Hello!!! hope all is going well..so far I'm down 20lbs I think I'm in some type of denial, my friends and family can see the weight loss but all I see is the same me..strange..the scale moves but my brain seems to be frozen in its own state..o'well how about you..
