I'm three weeks post op and it's my four year old son's birthday. Cake and coffee are my weakness. I brought a Protein pudding from the Vitamin Shop so I can have a "treat to". So much temptation, first a mother's day tea and now a birthday party. I'm terrified of dumping so I know I won't eat but I'm worried I might lick some icing. I ate solids 10 days post op.....feel like a loser

I ate sausage 10 days post op. I had to go to the ER and have an emergency EGD. It was the worse pain of my life, but I am more embarrassed then everything. Now I feel like a loser and maybe I wasn't strong enough to have this procedure. I'm struggling with craving (a salad). I'm just becoming so miserable. -
I am also looking for a buddy. I live in Chester County, Pa. Right outside of Philadelphia
