    I'm doing good. I've lost 70 lbs, so far. The recovery was a lot easier than I expected. After my surgery, I felt really good. I'm in a stall right now that is driving me crazy, so I've upped my water and protein, and have changed my workouts. I'm hoping that will kick start it again.
