"Bandster hell" isn't that bad. I think it has been over exaggerated here. Tough it out. It will be ok. Short term hunger won't kill you. -

I'm stressed out all of the time over finances and it hasn't affected my band at all. I wish it did though. I wish I would throw up everytime I tried to eat. Maybe I would lose more weight. -

So a small unfill might work before you leave. It's your personal decision whether or not to tell his family. If you feel they will support you and you feel comfortable telling them, then why not. But if you do not feel comfortable telling them, you can always make up something, such as you are trying to watch what you eat. I love north carolina. The people down there always seem so friendly. Enjoy your time there. -

Right now I'm using the new Bob Harper Inside Out Method dvds. They're tough. I have the P90x and am getting the Insanity soon. I'll see how they are. I'm mostly interested in the ab workouts though. -

About 6 weeks ago I had 11cc in my 14 cc band and I could barely eat. I had 1 cc removed and over the last 4 weeks at .5 cc each, I had two fills and I'm back to 11cc and I have no restriction. I don't understand. What happened?

It might just be my diet because I mostly eat a soft diet which doesn't fill me up but I don't eat to get full. I eat until I'm no longer hungry. The only time I really eat solid food is during dinner when I have my grilled chicken ceasar salad. I will try to eat more solid food and see what happens. -

I have some restriction but I don't understand how I was at 11cc and could barely eat and had an unfill and I am back to 11cc and don't feel the same restriction. -
