Hello everyone! Here are your updates for last week:
11 people reached goal last week! Great job!!! In total so far we have lost a total of 1086.5 lbs (give or take due to missing weights)!!!!
I work Monday and Tuesday so I may not be able to update the last weigh in until Wednesday. I'll try to update before I get to bed if I have time.
I do want to apologize, life has taken over and I feel like I have not been the best organizer. You have all done a great job in the fight to reach your goals! I hope you all join in the next challenge that will be organized by @@goplay94123

Under 200 for the first time in 8 years!! I may only be at 199, but under is under!! It's going to be a great day!

199.4lb today - only 1.1lb above goal, but who cares, because... onederland!
That's also a total loss for me of 99.21lb since I started the whole process in January 2015 - so close to that hundred mark.

i found Baritastic at the app store. it is wonderful and will link up to your fitbit. i love it

Not Tampa but close Orlando. Good luck to you. My surgery was April 5th and as of this morning I'm down 48 lbs.

I just use my Fitbit for the steps and calories, I use myfitnesspal for the rest. I haven't figured out my Fitbit quite yet.

Stupid you know, it is as good AM in airport Parking garage, no one around to help. I now have pain returned where it has been healing. Anyone have a similar experience?

Surgery day 1/21/13 299 to 218 15 weeks down 80 pounds

Jesus boys, I'm shattin pineapples. Okay, maybe not pineapple, but-no exaggeration, hand-grenades.Same size and same freaking texture. These dookies are so freaking hard and large my sphincter has absolutely no chance of pinching one off in a doable size.
Okay, I know this is rough, but to give you all an idea how terrible this is, I had to go in and get a couple of these bad boys. Vaseline on the digit and operation remove the dook was on. Oh MY Freaking God! These things are like steel. Serious pain and blood... I'm only 9 days out and I'm not eating, what is going on! Don't you need food to form these bombers?
Okay, not trying to brag. Trying to figure out what the H to do! I'm not on any painkillers and have not been since day three. I'm hydrating pretty well and taking a dulcolax daily. What to do?!

Is it the sun or the heat? I had light sensitivity and had headaches from the sun.
Headaches are often dehydration and if it is from the heat, then it's possible it's dehydration.
Low magnesium is a big one too. Doctors usually use a blood serum test to test mag and kept telling me my mag (as well as others) were fine. An integrative doc check my rbc magnesium and found that I was in fact low. The mag wasn't getting into the cells. So we changed the type and got my levels up. Weekly Migraines are gone as well as heart pals and high bp.
So if it were me, I would add Water, Water, water and magnesium glycinate. You can add B2 (not in a complex) for headaches too, but I think the first two should help.

Tomorrow is my day! I can't believe the day has finally got here!! I'm excited, not really afraid......I guess my only fear is nausea......I hate nausea and sure hope I don't have it! If I do hopefully the medication will stop it,.......

glorious morning to yall! i'm extra crunk today lol...it's my birthday! :) AAAND i was right about my Water retention...i dropped back down to 160 by wednesday, and as a happy birthday to me, this morning my scale shouted 157! hallelujer!

I was like that until I could eat a little more as soon as I got to the soft food stage in immediately started getting my strength back. I'm 7 weeks now and feel awesome

Guys, you will like this one. When you are in the bathroom and you look down and see your long lost member.
(no pun on long).

When you can get on a horse with out the help of a tailgate of a truck or a step ladder! I rode my horse for the first time yesterday since I had my surgery! I loved it and I think she did too!

When the size 8 jeans you took in the dressing room are TOO BIG! (happened yesterday!) OMG....I lived for the day when I could ask the sales woman to bring me a size 6. Which freaking fit and of course I bought!

@@vsgSarah3 You have done an amazing job hosting these challenges and the motivation would have added to countless pounds lost. Thank you for all your effort, I can see this would be a huge amount of work for you.
You don't need to hand over the baton. Another member will find the motivation to start a Thanksgiving or Christmas challenge down the track.
I would love to say it will be me, but with work, study and a tribe of kids, I barely have time to post my weight. I know you have kids of your own, so again I want to thank you for all of the effort you have put in and the time that has been taken away from your family to help all of us.
