    May 21st will be seven months for me and I say my journey so far was and is wonderful. I am down from a size 24 to a size 16... I can now jog, something that I wanted to do for a long time. And I am down 81 Pounds. The band is a wonderful tool if you know how to work it.

    Hello, I have been following that same walk/run plan and I love it. I am running for about 20 to 30 minutes. By December I want to be jogging for an hour. The best of luck to you and congrats on you 80 pound weight loss.

    Hey MsScorpio,

    I followed all of the rules the doctor gave me. I also drink lots of water, I eat just three small meals a day. If I want a snack I usually eat fruit. I also exercise one to two hours every day.

    Things are going well for me. I don't regret on minute of it. The band is the best thing that happened to me. I lost 70 pounds since my surgery which was three in a half months ago. Well good luck to you and keep in touch.
