  1. I was week last night and had tacos with cheese, sour cream, and tortilla when Im not supposed to have any dairy or processed foods! I feel terrible guilty and its only five days until surgery. Good news?-Im down 21 lbs

      Did the tacos taste good? If so, not the absolute worst thing. What a shame it would be if they'd been merely mediocre. Work on banishing "guilt" from your vocabulary. It's a futile, self-indulgent emotion -- ME! ME! ME! - and it goes nowhere fast. You've been doing something right to have lost 21 lbs. You'll be fine. You are fine.

      Yes lol the tacos were delish! Thanks for the advice! and thanks for letting me know I'm not the only one to have weak moments. :) Feels good to not be alone. :)

      Don't feel bad! It's not easy letting go of what you're used to. You've lost weight and that's what matters. One night, about 3 days before surgery, I have in and had a grilled chicken wing and it seemed like the best that I had ever tasted. My surgeon was proud of my 20 lb loss before surgery and things are going well.
