    I have struggled with my weight for pretty much my whole life. When I reached my heaviest weight at 311 lbs I knew it was time to do something. I had Sleeve surgery on 12/21/15. I have lost a total of 70 lbs to date.

  1. I personally take Flintstones Complete chewable Multivitamins. I try to have a chewable version of all of the recommended supplements which helps tremendously with being able to get all of your supplements without getting sick. You can get chewable's on several different bariatric websites. Unfortunately, some of them (especially chewable Calcium citrate) can be costly. If you want a more affordable option for calcium, CVS makes a calcium citrate tablet in a "petite" size which are easier to swallow. It's also helpful to spread your supplements out through the day rather than taking them all together.
