  1. i was sleeved 12/14/15. i started pre op at 292. Surgery 277. Lowest I got was 204 and bounce between 207 and 210 now. I have lost and gained the same 5 pounds for the last 5 months. I have to go into my surgeons office on Dec 13th weighing the same i did at 6 months post op. I feel so depressed about it. I am obsessed with my weight. It consumes my every thought. I walk between 25 and 30 miles a week. tracked by my microsoft band 2. i use MFP. Before surgery when i lost weight i had gone down to 201 and could never get below 200. Now after VSg I thought for sure I would've been there already. TLDR: I lost great the first 6 months. Havent lost any since. Depressed.

  3. i had surgery 12/14/15. surgery day i was 277. i lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks after. then i hit a 2 week stall of absolutely not even a pound loss. total now since surgery i have lost 32 pounds. I am extremely disappointed with the amount of stalls i am having. i will go weeks without a loss.
  4. im 8 weeks out. i have one every morning for breakfast. i open it at 7 am when i get to work. im usually finished at 9. 11 ounce premier
  5. sleeved 12/14/15. pre op diet began at 292. surgery day 277. today 245. i feel as if i am losing slow because of the amount of stalls ive had. i lost 20 the first two weeks. then stalled for 2 weeks. then pretty much the entire time since. with a few days of a loss in between. its frustrating to say the least.
  6. 2 MONTHS OUT. SO FAR NOTHING. ;( i dont know how i feel about that. it seems i am able to eat anything.

    December 14th Sleevers

im in a constant stall it seems. from week 2 to 4 i didnt lose any. then i lost 4 more pounds and now havent lost again in half a week or so. i know thats not an official stall (this time) but it feels like it. How is everyone doing with going potty? i really never have the urge to go so once a week I am working with a laxative or stool softener of some sort to get things moving. that kinda sucks and I feel isnt helping with the weight not coming off. I am eating between 600/800 calories a day. i track everything that goes into my mouth. Protein protein protein. very low carbs. not getting in enough Water and maybe that might be the culprit as far as not losing more and not going more.
  10. Congrats! I wish the winner all the best.

Will never order again. Ordered on dec 4th. Received january 6th. They have lost my business. Even with their "move" that turn around is unacceptable.
