  1. Thank you David I did not know that was available I have another friend who will be having surgery in MX sometime in October I am going to tell her to jump on here before surgery so she can get some help
  2. I only know what I have experienced with my friend and she did not have any support and I was happy to be able to help her. Not bashing MX in any way
  3. @@TinaTina what kind are you drinking? I drank Premier and they were good
  4. Jenn are you drinking Protein drinks? Find Premier Protein they are really good. You should also be eating soft foods like scrambled eggs and cottage cheese. You are getting heartburn because you aren't eating right. 1oz is all you should be doing 5-6 x per day and drink your Protein Drink in between. No veggies, fruits or meat right now. Make sure you sip and not gulp. No straws! Your goal is 65gms of protein daily so try to do 5-10 each meal then your drink is 15gms. Tiny bites. I hope this helps.
  5. I am shocked at the lack of support there is for people who have been sleeved in Mexico. I helped a lady from Montana who was literally dying get on track and healthy. I m willing to help any way I can! You need to know how to eat properly. Add me and ask me any thing and if I don't know the. answer I will find it. I am almost 6 months post surgery and have lost 102lbs
  6. Hi everyone my name is Becca and I am almost 6 months post surgery. I started my journey at 390lbs I was at 368lbs day of surgery and today I weigh 288lbs. I still have problem with nausea when I try to increase food so I am still at 3oz but it works for me. Overall my journey has been joyous and I have one bit of advice. Celebrate every little victory and those will not always be on the scale. Tying your shoe for the first time in years, crossing your legs, being able to go into a non-disability toilet stall and close the door without squishing yourself, etc! I am taking classes right now to become a health coach and will be happy to help in anyway I can.
