I had a really rough few days too. I just wanted to come home. I was tired of being with an iv and being injected. My hand was so swollen. The gas pains were excruciating. Something I would never wish on my worse enemy. I'm feeling better today thank the good Lord. And i too was regretting my decision. I cried and cried from the pain. And no pain med were really working for a long period of time.

I've been having such pain in my belly. When the pain comes it makes me nauseous and i throw up blood. I'm starting to regret my decision.... i pray this goes away soon. ????????

I am ok. They had to change my pain med from dilaudid to morphine because it wasn't lasting long. I'm not on ibuprofen every 6 hours which is the only thing that has been helping with. I have not thrown up blood since last night. I did throw up today but it was broth. No blood thank God. I'm really really sore and I'm drinking hot broth to bring the gas up. Thank you so much for asking.

I'm in so much pain. I'm throwing up blood. I'm Starting to regret this

So my surgery is scheduled for August 14, 2015!!! I am a bundle of emotions. I'm excited, nervous, anxious, scared all in one. I have been doing my pre-op diet which contains 2 meal replacement shakes twice a day and one healthy meal. Though I have been doing my shakes I have been failing miserably at this pre-op diet!!! I need help. Jesus take the wheel. I start my 2 day liquid diet on Wednesday and I'm praying for the willpower to get through it.

Hi Natasha, Don't feel nervous just think of the positives. My surgery is the 19th I can't wait the days can't go by fast enough. The liquid diet stated really rough by I am on day 6 now and pretty much all cravings are gone . I really feel I can do this till surgery with no problem..Great Luck to Natasha.
