    Who started at the 400's

I started out at 392 and am now around 140-150
  2. Thank you and good luck with your surgery - it is totally life changing 🤩 undoubtedly one of the best decisions of my life x
  3. About three and a half years post sleeve 😁

    Can it be done?

I had FDL with MR, breast lift, extended arms and mons lift together my surgeon was totally comfortable with this combination
  5. I had a FDL with muscle repair, mastopexy, extended brachioplasty and mons lift in my first round and I have just had a reverse FDL. Next up is thighs and completion of the belt lipectomy. The difference is life changing but it is definitely not something to go into lightly the recovery can be emotionally challenging

    Non Scale Victories

I’m quite a long way out but these things still happen - jumped on a packed commuter train this morning and siddled on through to the empty centre seat in a bank of three and sat down with no thought, concern or hesitation. It’s weird how every so often these things still surprise 😁
  7. I'm three years post op and tend to stick to high protein, low carb and moderate fat in the main - I am quite active and workout pretty much every day but have found numerically my weight has increased due to the changes in muscle mass over recent times. I still have protein shakes post workout as my body seems to quite like them and has settled one in this routine.
  8. I haven't posted for a while but I am just over three years post sleeve and thought I'd share three years in four photos with everyone here - most recent photo, top right is a few weeks old

    Plastics or no plastics ?

I’m sitting here in the hospital two days post an upper body lift and would say to anyone if you are considerin it and can afford it go for it 100% I’m up and about with minimal pain and am going home tomorrow. One piece of advice I will offer is to get as fit as you can before the surgery I’m sure it has helped with my progress post op 😊

    Final pant/dress size?

I started my journey at a UK 32-34, I’m 2 years post op and am now a UK size 6 although I’m just about to embark on my next journey to fix the left over skin and I weight lift too so I expect I’ll be a bit smaller once I’m further along that path too 😉

    NSV shout outs

The absolutely ironic situation where at the start of this journey I was in a UK 32-34 and could not shop in a mainstream shop just the specialist plus size shops a couple of days ago I needed to grab something to wear that evening I popped to some mainstream shops to grab a dress and I still can't shop in mainstream shops I am now a UK 6 and they don't go small enough I am swamped by their smallest offerings 🙀
  12. I went private at Spire Southampton, cost was about £11k but worth every penny if you can afford it or finance it I'd go for it. It has been life changing for me
  13. When you're away with work and forget the hotel has a spa so decide to buy a new swimsuit and go for a swim and jacuzzi, you pick up the smallest size they sell but you still struggle to find something small enough in the shop ?

    Anyone 370 lbs or more?

I started out at 392 and have recently hit 111 so I think I'm pretty much there now, I had my surgery October 2015 so am a year and a bit post op. Good luck - you can do this ?

    Weight Before & After

Thanks guys, I'm still in shock too to be honest, my eating in the main is quite structured - lean meats, eggs, cheese vegetables, pickles, yoghurt. I do Protein supplements too because I'm in the gym a lot and do have a piece of protein cookie for Breakfast before the first session of the day. It's still pretty new to me, I've only been here for a few weeks so I'm still learning the rules in some ways but hopefully I can maintain this sort of weight now ? I now need to concentrate on my next surgical adventure to be arranged for later this year. I hope you guys see the success you are working hard for and deserve soon, the feeling is so awesome both physically and emotionally x
