  1. I'm freaking out a little, in a good way! Tonight I was able to hobble onto the scale because my curiosity got the better of me, since I haven't been able to weigh myself in a while because of my knee surgery and huge bulky brace. I'm exactly 200 pounds lighter than my highest weight! I am so, so happy to have made yet another enormous milestone! I love all of you. Thank you for being so kind and supportive. Onward to my next milestone in 21 pounds: losing half of my highest bodyweight. Can't stop, won't stop. :)http://imgur.com/NOpEeIs

Amazing! Way to go! What fabulous miles stones! I just passed one of my own. I have now lost more than 50% of the weight I want to lose! It was an amazing feeling. I can only imagine how you feel! Keep it up!

  2. You know, the only food-related thing I still struggle with is salt. I crave salt and salty foods like crazy, want to douse everything I eat with it. Not only that, but hot sauce/soy sauce is basically addictive to me, to the point where I have a very strong desire to just drink it! Just goes to show you, surgery doesn't "fix" you. You still have to make the decision every moment of every day that your health matters more than your desire to eat. It's a long, winding, never-ending road, but also a rewarding one.

I am going to try and see if dill pickles will solve this over the weekend. I'll keep you posted. :)
