Omg I actually feel normal again. I feel like im eating normal food. If you like Italian food, you need to make this. After eating yogurt, refried Beans and cottage cheese for the past week and a half I finally feel like I'm eating a real dinner! :-D

I really like the strawberry cheesecake one as well!

I had a physical with my primary for the first time since surgery. She was super impressed with my weightloss. The two things that made me want to strangle her:
1. "You must be so happy to not have to shop in special fat people stores now, that had to be so embarrassing"
2. Your boyfriend must be so happy you're getting skinny
Wanted to slap the woman.

that has been my biggest concern. Mind you, I have awhile to go until I'm thin. But I have some coworkers that I'm afraid will start trying to be more social once I'm not overweight. :-/

My mom has invited me over for dinner, then ordered pizza. Wtf. It's as if she's trying to rub it in my face. I also get frustrated when my bf wants to go out to eat, which is totally fine, but wants to go to places that have nothing I can eat. Or decides we shouldn't cook, he wants takeout. Come on. Get take out or go to grease ball restaurants with your friends. I think it's a little insensitive to do that in front of me, especially because I'm only 2 months out. It's going to be tough forever, but eventually we need to get used to being around food we can't eat or social events that aren't ideal for us. But I think it's reasonable to expect the first few months my family and close friends try to think about me when making plans. I feel selfish saying this, but this year is about me and I need to do everything I can to get the results I want. Sometimes it would be nice for a little more support

You look fabulous!!!! Congrats on your success. the closer to goal, and lighter we are, the slower the weight loss. Stupid science, making it tough for all of us! You will make it there!!! Only 24 lbs away

ummm.... last I checked this is a weight loss surgery SUPPORT group... not a 'tell us to just diet and exercise' group. That's great that it was quite easy for you, but I'm told enough in society that surgery was the 'easy way'. I certainly don't need to hear it when I'm looking for support.
