8 months post and down 90lbs. Loving it.

Below goal weight now. SW, 332 lbs., now I'm 155 lbs. in just over 15 months! Woot! Haven't weighed this since the late 80s!!!

Officially overweight! Who knew that'd be so exciting?!

Decided to run a 5k on Thanksgiving. It will be my first... so far I've only run 2.5 miles, I'm taking a leap of faith that I'll be able to do the rest!

I have gained 10 pounds! Sounds bad, but I am the same size because the weight is pure muscle mass! Loving the weight room!!!

I finally have a surgery date of December 1st! This has been such a long ten months now I have less than two weeks until surgery!

I wore leggings, out in public and I haven't found myself on any meme so I'm thrilled!

Stopped at the outlet mall this evening, and I parked on the side by the Loft store instead of the side by the Lane Bryant--NSV!

Very big day! Gone from xxl to xl to finaly L in pants!

Today was the first time I could see the difference in my face without comparing it to old pictures. It's nice to not have to work so hard to create cheekbones & contours with makeup because you can actually see your real cheekbones.

Getting 3 shakes and 150oz+ of water per day.

I just noticed that as of today I have lost 150 pounds. Holy #%$@ as my PCP said twice during my last checkup!

Did a week of higher calories, not to scale it back again in hopes my weight loss will kick start again. The wait is frustrating.

Broke 200 lbs! 198.4 --- Haven't seen the other side of 200 lbs for almost two years

I don't know what the heck I ate that wasn't right, but this is the worst gas I've had since surgery almost 10 months ago. Feel like I should tie my ankle to the chair so I don't float off, lol.

Down 20 lbs OVERALL (pre & post op weight loss) - and my clothes still fit the same. Grrr. I bet if I gained it all back I wouldn't be able to squeeze into them again.

Wow today is my 1 year surgiversary!!!! I am down 110 lbs down and I feels so good..
