My friends husband killed himself last night. He leaves a 4 and 6 year old and a lovely wife. You never ever know whats going on in someones head. Just hug the person you are with, tell them how much you love and support them no matter what and be grateful for having them in your life. I'm sat here crying, I could bloody throttle him for doing this but also know how low he reached. I have hit the gin and tonic again. I don't mean to be a drama queen but fuck....

My heart goes out to your friend and her children. I'm just appalled at the self-centeredness someone has to do that awful deed. Yes, he must have been hurting and broken, and my compassion for them is while they're living; there will always be help and hope. Take your own life, I have none. I'll be praying for comfort and peace for his family and friends. I'm sorry you have to face this...and more sorry for the children. Smh. Breaks my heart.
