a month in and I hit wonderland so happy however I still do not feel well. started spotting since I came home. and still have trouble trying to eat just never hungry yet any ideas out there

found the most amazing shampoo NUTRI-OX found it at sally' hanson cost me 11 dollars and worth every dime used it for a few days and my hair looks so much better thought i would pass this on

got a call today my dr,wants to meet with me at his 1st opening then plan the last 2 meetings who knows who or what these meetings are about

had my surgery on the 20th little problems with the heart and a few other problems so now start the journey for the rest of my life

having my surgery in rochester mn. I seem to be lost in limbo doind all the requirements but still waiting for when thinrt moving towards surgery and insurance it has been almost 9 mo. anyone going this?

I hit 164 have been getting things in jr section and did not even realise it until a few weeks ago big problem still think i am bigger than i am solution full length mirror feeling good about myself

my fav food tasted like blah. when I went on a food binge carrot cake and snowballs were my choice of feel better meds so since I am almost to the surgery I thought I would have a little party for myself I discovered I went to the rasberries first then went to the goodie shelf. long story short only the milk tasted good the rest had no flavor. so next time I will stick to my berries. I wonder if I would have felt I had to do this to myself because my dieticion is against wls. she said I am becoming to restrictive in my choice of food. I am not on a diet I AM ON A LIVEIT thanks for lendining an ear

soooo sad I did all the requiements and found out that after the insurace cleared me it decided that it shoud go 4 more appts with my nut to prepare for my big day problem is she does not believe in the operation so i see her today hard to stay possitive. the other issue seems to be my heart the dr. is not sure it is strong enough yet so now they say it will be al lthe way go in jan

This is why I totally believe in bariatric centers of excellence where the TEAM is focused on your goals. There is not one single person at my center who doesn't believe in the positive long term results of WLS. I agree, find a different NUT. And definately push for making sure your heart is strong enough to get through this surgery, it is the most critical thing to focus on.

tuesday I go for some more test and wednesday is surgery so confused though not told only liquids or anything other just no blood thinners for 5 days or nothing to eat after 7 pm tuesday just kind of wonder if anyone else has gone through this the way i was told also wonder what new test they are looking for last week I had a lot more done

well I am back so much going on dec I go in for the last meetings wish me luck please the dr. says he thinks my heart is strong enough for surgery so excited about that I just finished another 6 months wit the dieticion so now about how long before surgery

well my nut is not much help I showed this site to my gp and he was quite happy that I found this site he also says he will recomend this site for others. having said that he says just agree with mt nut and keep asking you all for the good advice. having to wait until the 1st of the year is so they can keep a close check on whats going on with my heart he says losing weight is good but losing life not so much. so i will keep on learning more from you all thanks ali
