I have to wear a suit soon. My shirt fits in neck and arms. It is a little small but manageable around waist but the length is too short. I have a 19 34/35 and 20 34/35 that fit but the length is too short. Does anyone know if you can buy shirts that are longer without going to large in other parts of the shirt? I also have the umbilical hernia that is pretty big. I also can't find shirts that are log enough. Some time they are mot log enough or roll up. Any suggestions on shirts. I am a 3xl, do they make 3xl long?

I am also using a pillow. It helps some but does not take all the pain away. I end up sitting on my hip more than my butt.
