have you heard of skinny cow ice cream? its 98% fat free and only 140 calories per serving. Its is the best! My favorite is the Peanut Butter flavor. They sell them at Jewel and most major grocery stores. Kim

When i was a kid i was making necklaces out of those heartshaped beads that littlegirls usualy place in there hair.. So my clever brother decided it would be a real hoot to see if he could stick one up my nose .. Well it got stuck... I was freaking out and crying my eyes out.. The big jerk hid me from my mom... I kept wistleing.... and crying untill he managed to pick it out... lol Kim

If you want to change your life you must change first yourself. If you thought the band was going to be the easy way out you were mistaken. Losing the wieght comes with alot of mind issues. I think everybody is working on those. And as soon as you over come one - two more come along. Well your not alone... Were all struggling with our wieght demons. Kim

Ok i know pot is bad but its not the worst thing out there. Pot is not expensive eather you can get a fair amout of pot for 10 bucks. Dont kick them out. They have a baby! I think you should have a talk with him . Tell him you dont aprove and to never disrespect your house like that agian. Dont be heartless... Where would the world be with out second chances.. Kim

HMMMM.... Well the tat i have on my lower back felt uncomfortable... but tolerable.. it wasnt too bad. Now the tatoo on my hip was a mother$#%@er!!!!! It was painful... very painfull!!! Kim

Well i got my tat on my lower back when i was at my heavyest.... I think it still looks the same but people comment that it looks bigger as i lost wieght.. .... who knows but here it is...

Alright fellow bandsters Its time for Miss Kim to close my account and quit LBT. Many ask why? Well LBT has cause some issues in my personal life. And really fighting is never worth it. Well my scale at home is a few lbs off... but when i do wieght myself at home i wieght myself with no shoes but i DO wear shorts and a tank top. At the gym i wieght myself and i ALWAYS wear clothes. Kim

When i got my period i seem to open up. But if im stress or worrying about something im super tight. Hmm it seems like it varys to each person Kim Wait i have a question does anyone notice shorter periods?
