Hey Girl...Congrats on the weightloss...I would like to get the operation but I am scared and kinda chickened out..LOL I have been told and read a few storys that didn't have good results...Just wondering have you had any type of problems with the operation I started the process all I need to do is the pre-op testing then the opertion but I have put it on hold...Plus My family isn't supportive and they keep telling me no to get it and ect. and also did you have to get any type of operation to remove the skin from lossing so much weight

I havent had a fill in 17 months. I have lost about 65 lbs since then, and keep loosing. I lost my first 120 in 14 months, then 65 in the past 17 months. I have only lost 3 1/2-4 lbs since Christmas. I dont know if you keep loosing. I have been told your body will naturally stop when its at your 'ideal' weight. -

OMG!!! You look amazing, This gives me the inspiration I need. I have been struggling for the last few months and have been having second thoughts. But After seeing your amazing transformation. I am ready to get back on the bandwagon. Care to share best practices: eating habits, portions, diet?????

You look amazing!! I get banded on feb.9th. I am so ready, but nervous too. Did you have any problems with alot of excess skin?? That is a big fear of mine. I hope to be a "wow" like you!!! Best wishes, any info would be great!!

Hey, I saw a post you made, and saw your weight loss and I'm in awe!! WOW! You seriously look amazing. I hope to be as successful as you. Your before and after pictures almost made me cry - you look so happy and beautiful!!
I started at 286 and my goal is 130. I'm at 208 now - I was banded in June. I feel good about my weightloss (75 pounds in about 5 months). I'm really hoping that next 75 pounds comes off just as fast. How tall are you (I'm 5'3)? Do you have issues with excess skin?

I will be honest with you. I started at 313 lbs, and am now at 152. I love my body, and the 'new' me, but if I had to do it over again, and could do it by myself ANYWAY POSSIBLE, I wouldn't do the surgery. It is a total complete life change. There are so many things you don't know before you go in. There are a lot of things you can't eat, days you don't feel well, etc. that you don't expect. It changes EVERYTHING. I lost -161 lbs in 22 months. I still have -15 more that I would like to loose. I would try as well as you can to do it on your own. Just my opinion. Tracey -

Hello! You posted on my board a couple of weeks ago. KEEP YOUR HEAD UP! You will love the results, and will be a different person with 'all is said and done.' It has been 20 months since my surgery, and I am down -157. I will pray for you, and that everything will go BETTER than you are dreaming! Tracey

I just ready your post about people who have over 200 lbs to loose. I understand your desire for that! I have lost -179 lbs., and never thought I would. I wish I would have had the support when I was in the beginning stages. Please post at anytime. -Tracey
