Sure hope that happens to me soon, down 51 pounds and still have to wear ugly bra's. I never had small boobs, just wishful thinking.

      Congrats!

My first "slice", instead of my "first pizza"! LOL Kind of puts it all into perspective right?

  8. Listen carefully to how a person speaks about other people to you. This is how they will speak about you to other people.

  9. So my Mom is having roux en y gastric bypass Monday July 20. I am so excited for her! But I am also super nervous. How can I be worried when my own surgery was so successful? Praying that the next few weeks go quickly and everything turns out well.

  13. Had a rough day yesterday. As most of you know I recently had cervical spinal fusion via my throat. It has been very hard to eat or drink for 2.5 weeks now. Apparently my heart rate has been very low and I let myself get dehydrated. Well, I stood up yesterday took a step and woke up on the floor. Not a good thing for someone in a neckbrace with 3 new fusions. Ugh! Spent the day in the er getting fluids. Now they want me to see a cardiologist because of my unexplained low heart rate and over 51 age. My heart rate did not improve even after I was rehydrated. Luckily I was wearing my brace and other than being sore, I feel a little better today. I am thankful that I did not really cause a huge problem. Moral of the story, don't let yourself get dehydrated no matter what! And how did your Saturday go!

Yep that is quite low. Glad your getting it checked out with cardiologists, I am sure he can help. And I bet you will feel better too!

Better to be there than at home, be patient.
