  1. Hello all!!! do anyone have any low carbs food recipes that are also high in protein? I was put on that by my nutrionist and having a difficult time finding recipes online that have both. Any links or help would be kindly appreciated.
  2. I havent worked out yet there is time i go walk at the park but not too often.. Before i didnt work out but im planning to go hard this week.. So my activity level is low.... I take less than 1000 calories a day.. Im keeping track of it using myfitnesspal. I dont think im starving myself at all. Here is thing i have eaten... Wendys baked potato and chillis Tuna fish with veggie and light mayo Stacys pita chips Tostitos oven baked chips Tostito mild chunky sauce chicken salad Premier Protein shake Guacamole Scramble eggs Turkey sausage Egg veggie omelet Black bean soup Carrots Watermelon Water with crystal light Turkey burger without bread Maybe 10 max home fries Grilled chiken Green Beans Red potatoes Thats basically what i have eaten... In my opinion you are not drinking enough water and your daily caloric intake is way too high for just 4 to 5 weeks out from surgery. You said you are drinking 3 bottles of water. If they are 16 ounce bottles, you are one short of the minimum requirement. One thousand calories a day is about 400 calories higher than recommended for someone at your stage. You might want to cut down on your potatoes and chips and use less salt. Thank you i will do that deff need to cut the potato and chips... We'll myfitnesspal said is 1000 but thats based on eating the whole meal which I done.. 4 bites and im done.. Always leave more than half.... So its deff have calories... But i was told that the sodium can be the cause

  4. Hello all! I am 1 month out and im STUCK... I havent lost any weight for the past two weeks... I gain 3 then loose it then gain back... Idk what to do.. Im following my diet taking all my meds proteins etc... I do not drink as much water as im supposed to maybe 3 bottle a day.. I cant take no more :/ cant that be it? I need help i am getting so frustated.. I tought i was going to keep loosing the weight but im not. Any tips advice thing i can do...

    no it doesnt get easier but just think on how great you are going to feel in a few weeks. All the weight you are going to loose etc. that motivated me alot. I am 2 weeks post ops and i have to admit the hardest week for me was the 1st week. i have lost 22lbs already and this keeps motivating me.

Hello BariatricPal , I decided to create a new topic so we can all help each other by posting our favorite foods to eat now after having the surgery. food that we can tolerate, that are delicious . Lets post where we can find them, how to make them, and if its possible by Phase, etc. I know this will be so helpful not only for me but for our others pals in here who are having trouble finding something good to eat. I will start So i recently completed Phase 1-clear liquid FINALLY!! CANT BE ANY HAPPIER.. i think this is the hardest stage. I suffer so much lol but i know it will be all worth it so i wont complaint. I started Phase 2 yesterday and OMG heaven... My husband made this black bean soup and omg it was super DELICIOUS... FOOD ORGASM.. seriously have to try it... here is the link.. http://www.onceuponachef.com/2012/01/black-bean-soup.html Below are the list of products i was told by my nutrionist i can eat... and this are items that i have eaten between yesterday and today and I LOVE THEM AND ENJOYED THEM SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH... hope this help.. and please share your food also... have an amazing day..   15. Good morning all! I was wondering what anyone ate on their 1st stage of diet? 2nd stage and so on? Im in 1st stage and i need to eat something else this liquid is killing me.. Im hungry
