  11. I am having surgery on May 7th I have told my parents and husband because they are supporting me having surgery because they see how it could benefit me But I can't tell everyone else mainly because everyone in my family are all naturally slim and my friends don't get that food is a coping mechanism for me and my fat is my shield also I don't want them to know why food is such an issue because I was attacked and I don't want to tell the truth about it I have been slim and hugely fat and I found that if you have a weight problem you tend to be treated lesser than which is kinda ironic

Thank you for the info I am so glad I can drink coffee I feel crappy on pre op diet on protein only no fat no carbs less 800 calories a day worse still is no ibuprofen which I take every day for pain in hip knee and back pain but on the bright side I am not hungry physically just in my head
  13. I have seen the show and it's good to promote healthy living however I have also been moved by the stories of the contestants that have regained the weight which I think is a main issue for most people with weight problems Having surgery isn't going to be easy you still have to diet and exercise its just like having an extra tool like fat binders or carb blockers but it's extremely big deal to have surgery it's just like having a tumour cut out it will help slow down the progression of the tumour but the medication has to be apart of the the treatment in Oder for it to work long term
  14. May 7th gastric sleeve uk Good luck to ya all
