    I was tentative about having this surgery; but due to a traumatic back and neck injury, I decided this route was best for me.

      i did it for my chronic back pains too and so far has help a bit not 100% but still much better!! Good luck!!

    hi every one!! so i always had the flu shot, after a year ad few months after my surgery i went to get it and now i gotten 2 colds with bad cough, maybe it was not a good idea since we weaker immune system :(

      yeah is hard for me to take vitamins i was trying the patches but i also have to remember to put them on, i have to work harder on that. hope ur shots goes better than mine. Thanks

    at home little bit of back pain and tomorrow is my 4th month check up

      everything is good she did say im losing fast and it might slow down and yes it has i been the same weight for the past 2 weeks hahah hair lost is at its best but she did say if i didn't suffer from it before it will come back around month 6 or 7 my protein and blood works was all great. Thanks for all the support!!

      Djmohr dont get me wrong is better than the miami heat i was raise with this is dry heat so is more tolerable than humidity :P

    Looks like my insurance is mandating a 6 month wait period.....which will not begin until July 7, 2015. That'll give me 6 more months to loose what I can on my own !!!!

      you are so lucky after 2 1/2 months post-op starting to come off :( but i guess is a new beginning so might as well start with a new hair style maybe a A-line will be cute for me :P ill post a picture with the finished product when i do it!!
