For a 'sweet' alternative try mixing a scoop of your fav flavoured Protein powder into a high Protein low carb greek yogurt. Delicious and hits the sweet tooth for me

There is also no guarantee it will go away post op. For many it does (approx 70%) but not everyone. It has serious risks, stroke, heart attack. These risks are compounded by anesthesia. Why risk it?
Maybe see if you can hire a machine

Its not the liquid bit that shrinks your liver. Its the high protein and low calories. Thats why you will see some surgeons allow free vegies and others a high protein lean carb meal etc -

I dont know if bulk nutrients ships to the US. They are an australian brand and are creamy but very mild flavour and definately not sweet.

Interssting. I met with him last week and he is allowing me 2 optifasts per day, free vegies (non starch) and a Protein based meal per day when i start my diet in a few weeks. Nice to see he isnt a one size fits all approach -

I tried to buy some things from bariatricpal but unfortunately the shipping to australia was so prohibitive at almost as much as the items i wanted to buy

They arent as good as real food certainly but their nutritional profile isnt bad and they are apparently delicious so i figure they can be used as an occassional treat Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk

The shipping costs to Australia are horrendous. It would have cost me as much as I was buying in items to ship them here. Very sad as wanted to try some of their own branded stuff.
Buying some Quest bars elsewhere instead I guess
