    I Love Watermelon!

    In Greece we use to eat watermelon with a piece of Feta cheese! its soo yummy and almost a complete meal!
  6. Hi Teresita! im fine happy and all, still trying to realise what happened to me.. I adore my Band, i could never lose so much weight by myself.. I banded in Athens, Greece, my town. I eat everything except of my addictions cause i don't want to sabotage my effort. I do not exercise unfortunately.. i just walk when ever i remember to the traidmill. I wish for all my July 2005 friends to keep trying and theres not way stopping to lose. Im very proud of being member of the July 2005 team!

  10. so before one year i had my weight loss surgery (lap band) i lost so far 93 lb, i cant describe how different is my life now.. i just can't describe it!!! i have not sleep apnea anymore, im not snoring, i have not pains in weist, i have not reflux, my stomach doesnt burn, i have regular periods without meds, im not taking antidepressants anymore!! i can buy clothes where everyone goes, i can run with my dog, i can smile again! i wish and i should lost at least 105 lb but i did not exercise and i did not follow the rules sometimes.. thanks God the LBT challenges kept me on track! love ya all Mary <!--TEMPLATE: skin_global, Template Part: signature_separator-->
  11. i tried to fight one by one but separately some of my addictions.. i did a list like: 1. bread 2. ice cream 3. nuttela 4. coke light 5. some sweets 6. cheetos 7. the sweets i was buying from the bakery shop well i did fight all my demons.. sometimes i was succesfull sometimes not.. but i didnt give up and now left to fight only some sweets.. Second, i was trying to have many "good days" in the week like days without sugar or without carbs (totally) + 1 lt Water + some exercise.. like the challenge of the Gone 4 Good Club in the support sub forum. life with the band is wonderfull and is interesting this game with the fights.. if you see that this way :confused: i hope i helped a little.

    What is my problem?!?!?!?!

    I was in the same situation for 3 - 4 months December January February.. in December i lost only 2 lb January nothing February 1 lbr.. was terrible.. like i was tired from the effort.. then i went for a fill and i came back on track.. i don't know why this happened.. now i have sometimes this strange feeling of laziness but rarely and not so long these kind of "breaks" and then i come back again.. You know Diane we are human! not robots.. we need these breaks.. just don't let them being more than a week.. cause then is harder to come back.. Get a look on yourself in the mirror and look again those pictures of you with your progress! you have done excellent!

    One Year Bandiversary

    Guys thank you so much! thank you that you made this journey way easier! i ll ask from my hubby to take me some new photos with clothes! to be honnest guys i need some time to realise what happened to me.. its hard to undestand that you re not very fat anymore.. you need time to concetrate and to realise the new reality! Today i went to my doctors office for my 1st years check and he was very suttisfied with the results.. he said also (uuhmm if you could exercise a bit you would not still had this stomach..) well im planning to visit the gym this September after holidays... Guys thank you really.

    i try to hit -100 lbr in my one year anniversary.. i drink gallons of water, i dont take anythin with sugar and i try walking fast on treadmil (not everyday though) ahh God help me to reach my goal.. thank you FunnyDuddies & PNut :eek:
