    I'm not bemoaning the stall; I know it's part of the journey. HOWEVER, I would like to know from others at what point they stalled and how long their stalls lasted. And yes, I'm aware that everyone is different, but it's helpful to me to hear about the experiences of others.

    Almost 11 months post-op, from 252 to 175. Have been stalled for some time (at least 3 months, perhaps longer), but I'm running 5 miles at a decent 11 minute pace, and feel outstanding. These pics help to make me feel better about my accomplishments as well.

    I bought Chili from the deli section of my supermarket, added a bit of beef broth and put it in the blender. Was fantastic and had a good amount of Protein and Fiber, with the beef and the Beans.< /p>

    Here's my latest Before/After. Down 58 pounds, but even better? I can run 2.5 miles WITHOUT STOPPING. Feeling pretty darn fantastic and, yes, very proud. Woot!
