    Hair loss

Make sure you take two multis a day and biotin will help. I lost a lot of hair and my regrowth looks a little crazy but I'm starting to get it all back . My hair is still brittle and dry but I'm trying to use products to put moisture back in my hair. Once your weight loss stops your hair will begin to grow back

  11. Gorgeous... You look amazing. I have lost almost 150 lbs and I am 18 months out. I find that I have a lot of loose skin in between my thighs and I went from d breasts to nothing at all. Do u find you have this problem at all? Any loose skin?
  12. It took me a very long time to know my body and eat solid foods without vomiting. Even 18 months out I still need to be careful with chicken and other meats, if they are not cooked in a crock pot or super moist they will make me feel sick. I say take it very slow and get to know your new stomach. Chew very well, eat super slow, and when eating meat make sure that it is very moist, use lots of lowfat dressings, salsa, honey mustard, etc
