    Not sure...

    I am not sure if I have lost any weight here lately... I just haven't gotten on the scale. I have not been binging or anything I just have been stuck at 192. So, I am going to let the BodyBugg do its magic for a week and see what happens. I have been eating at right around 900 calories and have been working out for at least 30 minutes a day on my elliptical trainer. I still have trouble with my BM's so it looks like I am going to incorporate some prunes into my diet - like it or not. I purchased some Smooth Move tea and it seems to help but not what I would like. I have my 3 week consultation on January 7th so I will see what my doctor has to say. Until then...

    Bodybugg users report here!

    Ya... today is the first day I am wearing my Body Bugg.... I love it... But hate the food portion. It sucks! I like Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate better.......

    So today is the first day I am wearing my Body Bugg on my arm... I had no idea I burn a calorie a minute in my sleep... My motto used to be (pre-band) was: "If I am sleeping I am not eating" so that is why I slept so much! Ha... That is a pretty lame excuse for being so lazy don't you think? It was kind of confusing to set up on my work computer, I also want to set it up on my computer at home so I could plug it in right before I went to bed... Just to see...

    So today is the first day I am wearing my Body Bugg on my arm... I had no idea I burn a calorie a minute in my sleep... My motto used to be (pre-band) was: "If I am sleeping I am not eating" so that is why I slept so much! Ha... That is a pretty lame excuse for being so lazy don't you think?     I am still alive...

    Sorry I haven't posted in a few days but things have been alittle hectic here. Work has been crazy latelly as I work for a petroleum company and everyone wants PROPANE because it has been so COLD! So, I have been a scatter brain. I have been eating fairly well. Protien shakes are usually breakfast. Tuna salad or soup make up lunch. And dinner usually polenta, or salmon. I have tried to stay under 800 calories but I have managed to go over by 50 calories here latelly. I have been excited to add britterz to my yahoo messenger, so if anyone else out there wants to be my friend add me: missy_outta_control ....or leave me a comment with your yahoo messenger name.     I see. I cannot wait to get my first fill. I have not gained yet because I have had will power to stay below 800 calories... it is getting hard though. I will remain strong just 4 weeks to go!

    Falling off the wagon.... Help!

    Through this Holiday season I have found some mushie food for me to munch on. But the problem with that is just serving myself a 1/2 a cup. My eyes are bigger than my stomach!

    I slipped on Christmas Eve bad. I even PB'd on bread! I am a retard. Don't be so hard on yourself. You haven't even gotten your first fill yet... relax. Take each snack/meal/day/week as it comes.... you will do just fine!

    I walk alot, clean house, do what ever I can to be active. I just was banded Dec 14th so I cannot use my elliptical trainer yet. I am looking forward to that.... I have just been eating under 800 calories every day.

    Hey thanks JSOTO! I needed to hear your words of kindess! Thanks. I was not going to post them but then I thought, oh why the hell not... you know? We are all friends here!!! I do not really care - I just don't want anyone to be grossed out. I warned you all! Hahhaaa... Oh well that is me, like it or or not! :):cursing: On to other news.... I had my first PB! I guess sometimes my brain gets stuck on stupid because I do the most retarded things... So my mom served salad, clam chowder, and cracked crab last night for Christmas Eve dinner - right? Well I decide it is ok for me to dip a roll in my clam chowder and eat it - WRONG! It felt like I was going to burp, but then it felt like I was going to throw up, so my cousin who was sitting next to me was like, "Are you ok?"... I just shook my head and ran to the bathroom. Three heaves and I threw up the roll in the toliet. Great. All I was thinking was, "I hope my band does not slip"... Stuipd, stuipd, stuipd. That scared me so I didn't eat anything else all night. :speechles Oh I am at 193 - so ya! Merry Merry Christmas all!

Ok so I am down on the scales and happliy weighed in today at 194. This is going to be scary so if you don't want to read any further close the screen...     HELP!

    I know this is going to sound gross.... I am 9 days post op and am constipated. I have tried a heating pad, warm liquids, walking, water... I mean I have been eating under my calorie goal and have been walking daily so I SHOULD be losing but I have been constipated these last few days so the scale is not reflecting by good behavior! HELP!
