I had gastric bypass. Started at 378 now at 201. My goal weight is 160. Decided to start over on my fitness pal and looking for support. I'd love friends:)

Haven't been one to post much. But needing a little encouragement to reach my goal of the last 39 lbs!!!? Suggestions, thoughts. All the above I do stick to the diet and workout and hike regularly.
