Yes we can Queen P! There is much encouragement and useful information on this site. So thankful that we have been given such a wonderful opportunity ti effect a lifestyle change that is and promises to be so life altering. I couldn't have done this on my own, not even going to lie. I don't intend to waste it. I'm increasing my exercise also. I will stay in touch as we traverse this journey!

Okay, I broke the stall! 283! Good for me! (Pats self on the back, lol). I won't make my goal weight of 250, but I tried and this just goes to show that it can be done. I think I was a smidge unrealistic, but now that I know it can be done, I'm very encouraged by the progress! You go girl!!!!!!!!! #teamseptemberslimmer
