Wonderful and inspiring story!!! I was sleeved on 4/20/2015 HW 344 SW 301 CW 240, I've been stuck between 233-240 for the past 2 months. Did you stall? If so, how did you conquer? Thanks for sharing your story

I just had my gastric sleeve done on 4/20/15 and it took 1 1/2 hours.

The average weight lost from the gastric sleeve is 1-2 pounds per week, so you are doing well! Stay positive!!!

I just had my consultation with my surgeon yesterday, Doctor Crooms of Tallahassee, FL, and he stated to me that the normal weight loss from the Gastric Sleeve surgery is about 1-2 pounds per week. So you are right on track! Keep up the Great work!!!

I had my first appointment with my Surgeon and all went well. I should have a surgery date within 2 weeks and I am so happy!!!!

WOW!!! What kind of VOWS did he make when you got married...whatever happened to...Do you promise to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health, and forsaking all others, be faithful only to her, for as long as you both shall live?

I can't eat a lot of sweets because of my Pre-Diabetic state; however when I do need to sweeten something I use Raw Honey and Sugar in the Raw. Good luck!

Sounds like a normal case of "Misery loving Company". Try your best not to let people's negativity still your joy! You are beautiful and no one can ever take that away from you!!!!

Wow!!! It only took 1 week for your insurance company to approve your surgery!! This is awesome. Congrats on this phenomenal news.

I have 12 months of pre-surgery requirements and at first I thought that this length of time was extremely too long and that I wasn't going to succeed. I am currently in month 10, I have exceeded the requirements of my insurance company and I feel great! I had to come to the realization that 12 months compared to being slimmer and healthier for the rest of my life doesn't even compare! Always look at the glass being halfway full and never halfway empty!

Have patience with the reality that EVERYTHING happens for a reason. :-)

@@OutsideMatchInside I had stopped logging my food for a while and just focused on "mindful eating". As of July 1st, I've started back logging, weighing daily and trying my best to get in at least 60 grams of Protein daily. I'm on the right track and am hoping this stall break soon! Thanks for response!
