    361 Days Later: My Story

@@OutsideMatchInside I had stopped logging my food for a while and just focused on "mindful eating". As of July 1st, I've started back logging, weighing daily and trying my best to get in at least 60 grams of Protein daily. I'm on the right track and am hoping this stall break soon! Thanks for response!
  9. Been stuck at 240 pounds for 2 months so I've decided to increase my daily steps from 6k to 10k and I'm going back on high protein liquid shakes for a month...Stall please break!!!!

Are you tracking inches? You might be losing there, even though the scale isn't moving.

    Weight Lost!

The average weight lost from the gastric sleeve is 1-2 pounds per week, so you are doing well! Stay positive!!!
  16. I just had my consultation with my surgeon yesterday, Doctor Crooms of Tallahassee, FL, and he stated to me that the normal weight loss from the Gastric Sleeve surgery is about 1-2 pounds per week. So you are right on track! Keep up the Great work!!!
  17. WOW!!! What kind of VOWS did he make when you got married...whatever happened to...Do you promise to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health, and forsaking all others, be faithful only to her, for as long as you both shall live?
  18. I can't eat a lot of sweets because of my Pre-Diabetic state; however when I do need to sweeten something I use Raw Honey and Sugar in the Raw. Good luck!
