I wouldn't care if they actually stocked the 0X. For the first time in my life, everything was too big, because they had so little in 0X. But I still don't fit in regular sizes. Sigh.

I fight insomnia regularly. I think menopause has added more sleeplessness nights. Hot flashes :|

I skated thru menopause with no hot flashes (knock on wood), but I can't sleep any more than four to six hours per night, at the most. Just a year ago, I could kill it for 8 hours easily.

Itmay not be a friend, but at least it keeps you company when you can't sleep.....No hot flashes here, either. In fact, no nothin' at all in that regard. One month a period and the next month not. It was as brutal a passage as that.

I took her advice to heart, too, Ladies. No pics were posted of my diminutive wood. I'm a fragile sorta dude. I couldn't handle the feels of women laughing at my tiny firehose that may be called upon and struggle to put out small brushfires. LMAO, too. I stopped by here to say thank you, Sharon....and I see that my twig is a current topic. Sharon introduced the Love Languages intricacies to my pagan arse a while back. Because of this, I was better prepared when this subject came up with Headquarters earlier this evening. I was out and about and doing some small scale evil when my iPhone rang. HQ was on the other end saying she better understood me....understood my Love Languages. Imagine my surprise. My shock.......at HQ quoting rhyme and verse on Love Languages....chapters 1, 2 and 3. So....this dude did what seemed right and correct. He shut down said small evil and stepped outside with iPhone clutched in hand, "Interesting....tell me more.....hmmnnn......you don't say.....Yes, that sounds 'bout right. You seem to have this down pat. What, Darling, pray tell, are your own Love Languages?". She wasn't far enough along in her studies to answer. I was firstly blown away that she'd chose to research mine vs seeking out her own. It seemed as I had the coveted Upper Hand.....seldom are the times when that shyt has occurred. Trust & believe this. I did my best to stay calm & casual and asked her to keep this topic warm as it had potential and that I'd be home soon. "Soon", as defined by ASAMFP. She, after all, holds the Trump Card. And by that I am not referring to the powerful bad hair day hombre that aspires to become the next POTUS.......but the Trump Card of being the woman that I lost my mind over and tossed my heart on the table for as my "ante up" move so many years ago. I loved this wench so many years ago....and still love her now......even though we've both bumbled and stumbled and are battle scared. In fact...the scars may be what I find the most attractive. Sharon.....I came here to say thank you. Thank you. Thank you! You are an amazing woman and have so much to offer a worthy and lucky guy. My hope and prayers are that all YOUR Love Languages will be answered every day or at least every week by the right guy. He'll be one happy man. Trust & believe.

Awesome !! Typically I see a weight loss average of about 10-12lbs. a month. What is tips do you have for the rest of us that are pre-op?

I started out heavier than a lot of people, and that's part of it. The other part is, make the choice to succeed! Commit to the plan 100%! The weight loss phase is not the time to think, "oh, a little ice cream won't hurt me".

That is PHENOMENAL! Excellent work. I get my sleeve one week from today. I'm nervous as heck.

Everyone should have a secret crush. They always are better made up in your mind. Keep the fantasy going. Sometimes it more fun to look when you can't touch.
