Surgery is on Monday the 13th and I get a call from my surgeons office that I need to go for a chest Xray . Boy am I fuming,........ This better not effect Mondays susrgery

Sorry folks........but this old boy doesn't embrace stalls. To me, a stall is simply telling my my strategy and effort are weak and lacking. Worked some crazy long hours these past two weeks....lot of job stress.....all were excuses I used to say my stall was understandable. I've been off work and supposed to be relaxing since Friday. I've put some serious miles on the dreadmill, lifted heavy shyt and put it back down, worked out on punching bags and lifted more heavy shyt. I'm no Muhammad Ali.....but I gave this stall a beatdown.....old school beatdown. Embrace a stall ? Piss on that. Stomp it down into the mud and then walk it dry. I don't embrace a damn thing about it. Feeling great this morning. The scale agreed with my efforts. Free yer mind.......and yer arse will follow !!!!!!!!

On vacation and what I used to dread happened. I didn't pack right. I need to get some additional clothes. This used to really freak me out before. This weekend I was able to just slum it at Old Navy and pick up some shorts and tops to get through the weekend. In the past I would had to frantically search for a lane bryant or something. I still have a lot to lose but wearing regular sizes make the hard work worth it.

I think I should not take painkillers and be allowed near a computer at the same time. I have a feeling I will be embarrassed tomorrow.

Woke up this morning to the scale saying 140....... Yeah

Even though I had a great deal of fun this past weekend seeing my parents and sister and her family.....the scale and I had an overdue meeting this morning. It was a good meeting. It's humpday and the something will be on the grill soon. Blowing off going in on my day off work.....sun is out and weather is perfect for grilling and enjoying being back at my house.

Officialy smallest size Catherine's Plus Size store carries - 0X, but still a 2X at Macy Woman. Sheesh.

This weekend couldn't be going any better. I got up at o'dark'o'clock yesterday and threw a suitcase in my car and haled arse back to my hometown....some 5 hours or so away. I slipped into a table at Mom's favorite breakfast restaurant and was waiting on her as Dad walked her through the door and guided her to the table. She had no idea I was coming and I haven't seen her since January. She walked in and went to her table and saw a strange teared man sitting there smiling at her. She turned around and told Dad that someone was at their spot.....he said, "Well who is it ? Look at him". She turned and looked back and saw it was me and started yelling out once she recognized me. It was awesome. My Sister was hiding and filming the whole thing. Absolutely hilarious. Mom has had a heap of health problems these last two months and I am so glad to be her visiting with her. I cooked breakfast this morning and am about to get ready and go to church with them. We've had a great morning over coffee and their dogs have adopted me as their long lost brother. Life is good, folks. Yesterday was a great day, today proves to be even better. Life is good.

Workweek sucked balls. It's over...and over it. Had my coffee....gonna go hit the gym and fukk some shyt up. May go out later this afternoon with some friends and fukk some shyt up fer real. Ready to resolve some frustrations in an old school way.
